Fees
Most real estate agents charge 10 % of the rental payments + leasing fee + postage and sundries + inspection fee + any other made up fee.
Platypay's fee is only 2.5 % of the rental payments. Our fee covers rental administration, invoicing and online merchant fees.
Example
Brian found his tenant John, they filled out a rental agreement and forwarded it to customercare@platypay.com.au. John pays his rent online using his debit / credit card, Brian receives monthly payment reports and often checks if payments are up to date using our online portal.
